Buying a new or existing Home is one of the largest purchases you will make. When trying to decide on a name for my business I thought about what “I wanted” most when purchasing a Home, Peace of Mind was the answer!

I graduated from the Carson Dunlop School of Home Inspections and I am a Licensed member of HIABC (Home Inspection Assoc. of BC). Home Inspectors are also licensed through Consumer Protection BC. (CPBC Lic.#80143). My service area includes southern Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.

My experience with residential homes includes 30+ years in home repairs and renovations, 13 years in residential/commercial pest control and 30 years in home and garden maintenance.
