PBC Solutions is a health benefits technology services company created in 2022 to provide administration, business processing, and technology innovation that enables the health care system and organizations adjacent to it to transform and improve health and health outcomes.

We aren't simply a business process outsourcer, we’re a health benefits organization that’s uniquely focused on enabling better health outcomes—not just processing claims.

We administer Health Insurance BC Services on behalf of the BC Ministry of Health, including medically necessary insured doctor services through the Medical Services Plan and drug coverage through the PharmaCare and Fair PharmaCare programs.
